7 février Encore du tourisme. More touring

Il faisait beau, pas trop chaud, et Lucy et David n’avaient pas encore vu Le Cap de Bonne Esperance.  Donc, on a commencé tôt, avec une visite aux vignobles de Constantia – il y en a trois, Groot (Gros) Constantia, Klein (Petit) Constantia, et Constantia Uitsig (Vue) 

It was a beautiful day, not too hot, and since David and Lucy hadn’t seen The Cape of Good Hope, we set off.  We started early, with a visit to the Constantia Vineyards – of which there are 3: Groot (Big) Constantia, Klein (Small) Constantia, and Constantia Uitsig (View)

Apres le déjeuner à Constantia Uitsig, on est allés tout à fait au bout du Cap – avec beaucoup de monde près du panneau qui indique le Cap.

After lunch a Constantia Uitsig, we went on to the very end of the Cape – with lots of other people, especially near the sign indicating the Cape.   

Ils ont dû attendre plusieurs minutes pour avoir leur tour.

They had to wait a while for their turn.

Eux, ils ont préféré photographier. The monks preferred to photograph.

 Le Cap de Bonne Esperance.  The Cape of Good Hope.

Des cormorans – cormorants.Et des pierres.  Lots of rocks.
 

Et enfin, chez nous.  Home at last.
